Ayurvedic Consultations
Three 1-hour sessions via Zoom are $555. If you have already met with me in the past, you can schedule one session for $144 (45 minutes). I also offer sliding scale payments. Please do not be discouraged from pursuing Ayurveda because of the cost of a consult. I am happy to work out a plan with you if needed.
You can change your life by incorporating Ayurvedic lifestyle tools and techniques into your daily routine. Even small adjustments can have a huge impact! Let me help you find the way. During a private consultation, we determine your dosha (mind/body constitution) through pulse and tongue diagnosis and questions and answers. We’ll take a deep look at your current state of being and any imbalances you may have, how your lifestyle works for or against you, and create a plan to help you ease your way back to feeling great. I work with you to create a daily routine to restore you to full harmony and balance. You’ll learn how to come back to your natural way state of good health- emotionally and physically - through food choices, nutrition, behavior, exercise, meditation, breathwork, career choices, family lifestyle, and more.
These consultations will help you to quick-start your wellness routine, as well as give you support for your ongoing practices. This is perfect for people new to Ayurveda, who want to learn how to get started, as well as those looking to re-boot their practice and dive deeper into your practices and daily routine.
Our sessions will include reviewing your ayurvedic evaluation form and dosha quiz, advice on how to balance your doshic imbalance with the seasons, and a detailed plan including product recommendations, recipes, guided meditations, and a personal plan.
About Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the 5,000 year-old Indian system of health and healing that relies on food as medicine, also incorporating yoga, meditation, strategic use of herbs and oils and following a daily routine that supports a healthy, sustainable life-style.
Susan’s Story
I became an Ayurvedic practitioner because I had such a transformational experience with the practice. While Ayurveda is not simply about weight loss, in my journey, I lost quite a lot of weight and have kept it off since 2007.
