We all have a unique personal story to tell, but sometimes we need a little help figuring out how to tell it. Writing your memoirs is not only cathartic but can also help others. Whether you want to write for yourself, your friends and family, or publication, knowing how to do it can help you write your experiences.
Our memories shape our lives—the story we tell ourselves about who we are. Meditation and writing prompts help us access pivotal moments that have changed the trajectory of our lives. The tools you will learn can help you create a sharply focused story. You have precious truths and experiences, and they matter. They are important. They are the story of you.
The only requirement for this course is that you have lived a life. Even if you don’t think it’s been exciting or extraordinary, I promise you, it has been one-of-a-kind. We yearn to hear stories, to share, relate, commune and converse.
If you want to express yourself more fully, make sense of your life, and meet others on the same path of exploration, this course is for you. Vulnerability is your strength. Vulnerability is how we tell meaningful stories. This safe space is limited to ten people, to ensure sufficient time for group discussion, sharing and learning. See how your story can unfold in unexpected ways. Let’s find that story together.
